I dropped in at the prison for a last time to say goodbye to the ladies. I haven't been in for over a year, but seeing them again was as if it had been the week before. There was food galore, dance items and we finished with the Meke dance. Good times!

Soph and Emma had a combined farewell party, which also doubled as Soph's birthday party. Very kindly hosted by Emma's mum, there was lots of laughter and plenty of tears! All good fun!

And with that....5 years of serving in Fiji are done for this one. He headed back to Sydney for a night, then hightailed it down to Canberra with some Fijian students for the National Training Event that takes place every year. Isa Fiji...sota tale.

It's only a matter of days now until Tony heads back to Australia. Here are a few snaps from the last days.. Firstly, finner with great friends on the last night. Then on the Sunday that Tony flew out, we had a Dedication for Tim at church, as well as a farewell service and lunch. Wonderful memories all round!

Right up there with the ministry in Suva, was the Hasbeens soccer team for Tony. One of the best things he did was find this group of men from all walks of life/ages/nationalities and kick a ball around with them twice a week -rain,hail,shine,coup, swollen ankles etc... he didn't miss it! Every match was followed by drinks/social afterwards. It was brilliant as a stress reliever, friendships, movie buddies, all sorts of things. Really thankful for the provision of these men and the 5 years of fun that was had.

Tony's last official speaking engagement was at the Graduation Ceremony at a local highschool. The theme he was given was "Onward Christian Soldiers"- and he was even given the task of presenting the Dux of the School with her trophy!

A farewell lovo hosted by the Board.

Fun games and dessert night with the ASW's.

Some other goings on of late-
Hansie got her P's hooray! We have no car and they won't be acknowledged in Australia, but heck, we'll enjoy it for now!

Dolphin spotting- a rare treat since they are never normally in that area.
Our wonderful pastor Tuks who took Tony and Ethan out on the boat.

Will miss lunching with these lovely mums from school.
Timmy's little gang at church in sunday school! He'll miss sharing his toys -NOT!

Well it's all systems go here at the moment! Selling, packing etc all ready for the big move in 3 weeks.

A man "helpfully" hit our car one rainy Friday night and then bought it on the spot with cash. Annoying and doing us a favour at the same time!
